card folders are available in A5 and A4 sizes, in two weights of card,
depending on your needs. Your folder can be straightforward two-panel or
a luxury three-panel if you need to incorporate a lot of detail.
Lamination. Your card folder can
be laminated on the outside with either a gloss or matt finish. Spot UV
lamination
is
also possible.
Business card slots. A4 card folders can
have slots cut to allow you to include a standard size (85 x 55mm) business
card.

Sizes

Dimensions of gussets are given in green. As a guide, ungusseted folders
will accommodate 10 sheets of 80gsm (grams per square metre) office paper;
a 2mm gusset holds around 20 such sheets and a 4mm gusset, around 40 sheets.

Card folders are supplied flat, but can be assembled if required. This is
charged as below, and since assembled folders are bulky, our carriers may
adjust your delivery charge to reflect volume rather than weight — please
ask us for details.
