Huge range of sizes and weights. We
can produce leaflets in standard 'A' sizes (A6, A5, A4, A3) as well
as custom sizes. We make no charge for cutting leaflets to a custom
size.
Heavier weight stocks at lower prices. Most
printers use 130gsm (grams per square metre) and 170gsm papers; we use
150gsm and 200gsm paper. Thanks to our bulk buying we can offer these materials
at a lower cost than 130gsm and 170gsm. We
also offer lightweight 115gsm and 280gsm
card.
Unbeatable quality of print. Photographs and text are reproduced
in pin-sharp detail thanks to our use of stochastic dot screening, which
renders dots up to 30 times more clearly than conventional printing.
Big savings on larger quantities. Because we generally
produce larger runs of print, you can save significant amounts on larger
volumes of printed leaflets. If you think you may need a reprint within (say)
six months, do compare the savings to be made by ordering in one go.
Folding, creasing, perforating and drilling. Your leaflets
can be folded, creased so that you can fold them yourself, perforated to
allow a tear-off slip, or drilled (punched) in as many positions as needed.

Which paper or card to choose?
Some example applications include:
115gsm (grams per square metre): mass-market situations
where quality is less important than cost such as leaflets designed to be
handed out in the street or left under car windscreens. Their lightweight
nature is also useful where larger quantities may need to be posted, for
example to franchisees or retail stores.
150gsm: our most popular general-purpose paper, with a
very good quality feel for only a small amount more money than our 115gsm
paper.
200gsm: a very solid-feeling paper, ideal for luxury or
prestigious situations where the quality is of paramount importance.
280gsm: most definitely card rather than paper and suitable
for small postcards (A6 size). Many leaflet distributors prefer these to
paper because they survive being pushed through letterboxes much better,
with minimal creasing or tearing.
