Print choices. We can print in up
to five spot colours or full process colour (CMYK).

Pre-made envelopes. Ideal for smaller quantities,
these are envelopes which arrive at our printing plant ready-made and are
simply overprinted. They do have limitations, such as not being able to be
printed within 10mm of any edge, but providing your specifications overcome
these barriers they are a very cost-effective choice.
Printed-then-made envelopes. These envelopes
have none of the limitations above, since they are constructed from sheets
which are printed first. It is possible to print on every part of the envelope
and on the inside as well, if required. However, printed-then-made envelopes
are prohibitively expensive in smaller quantities because of the labour involved
in turning printed sheets into finished envelopes.

Envelope sizes
DL envelopes take an A4 sheet folded into thirds; C6 accept an A4 sheet
folded into quarters; C5 is for an A4 sheet folded in half, and C4 accepts
unfolded A4 sheets.
Turnaround time
Pre-made envelopes are despatched within
8 working days. Printed-then-made envelopes are despatched within 16 working
days.
