Smile™ Personalised Printing
What is Smile Technology?
Smile Technology allows you to prepare a list
of names (of customers, prospects, VIPs and so on) and incorporate them into
one or more photographic images.
The resulting images can be printed on postcards,
calendars, wall planners and a host of other products.
How do I order Smile products?
We've made it as simple as possible to design
and order Smile products:
- First, choose your product and download the
template for it if necessary — simple products like A4 to A5 folded cards
have no templates; simply design the inside to the correct size and let
us do the rest.
- Next, select the image(s) from the library
below which you'd like to incorporate, and indicate in your design where
the image(s) should be placed — we'll drop them into place.
- Lastly, draw up your list of names and/or addresses
using our Excel template or by providing your own list.
That's all there is to it! We will carry out
all of the necessary checks to make sure your finished printed work is perfect.
Smile products
Gift Tags
Measuring 85 x 55mm and printed in full colour
on 350gsm (grams per square metre) semi-gloss card. Supplied with round corners
and
a 3mm
diameter
drilled hole. Loose lengths of metallic string are included to attach the
tags to your chosen gift.
You can specify different front and back
images, as shown here, if required.
Tent Calendars
Printed in full colour on 350gsm semi-gloss card with either
one or two variable Smile images. Each face measures 210 x 99mm and the calendars
are creased in four positions but supplied flat for ease of posting.
- £15.00 set-up charge (single variable Smile image)
- £22.00 set-up charge (two variable Smile images)
- £0.87 per calendar
- White envelopes: 4p each plain or 5p each windowed

Desk Calendars
Thirteen sheets printed on both sides using 200gsm semi-gloss
paper on a card core. Three sizes to choose from depending on your intended
audience and budget.
- £55.00 set-up charge for all sizes
- £4.86 per regular calendar (99 x 210mm leaves)
- £6.20 per square calendar (210 x 210mm leaves)
- £6.45 per large calendar (297 x 148mm leaves)
- White envelopes: 8p plain/10p window for regular
calendars; 11.5p plain/13.5p window for square calendars; 19.5p for large
calendars (plain only)
Wall Calendars
Seven
sheets printed on 150gsm semi-gloss in either A4 or A3 and wirobound along
the top edge with a hanging loop and stiff card back.
Incorporating 12 Smile images, these are the ultimate personalised
giveaway!
Year to View Calendars and Wall Planners
A choice of Year to View calendars in A3 and A2 sizes, printed
on 280gsm semi-gloss card with a writeable surface and a hanging hole, or
A3 and A2 wall planners on 350gsm semi-gloss card with a writeable surface
and no hanging hole.
