When speed is of the essence
We specialise in producing advertisments for
print publications very quickly – the same day when required. Working
via email and telephone means we can take your specifications, photographs
and text, provide mockups and proofs, and send the finished artwork directly
to your publisher in a matter of hours.
First steps
If you need an advert producing quickly, please
get in touch by calling Freephone 0800 077 6467 (we would prefer you to phone
rather than email as the designer allocated to your project can take
instructions and ask questions much more quickly than via email).
We will need the following information to get
started, all of which should be available from your publisher:
- finished size of the advertisement, including
any bleeds;
- number of colours (if your ad is to be printed
in full colour we do not need any more details);
- telephone number, email address and name of
your contact at your publisher.
Sending mockups and proofs
We will need an email address for you that
can accept attachments of up to 1 MB, which you can access readily.
Sending final artwork to your publisher
When we're ready to send the final artwork to your publisher, we will
need the following additional details:
- which file format and resolution they use;
- what technical information (if any) needs to accompany the file;
- whether they require artwork in CMYK, RGB, or greyscale colour mode,
or as separations.
If time is short and this information cannot easily be obtained, we will
supply a 300dpi TIFF in CMYK colour mode, which is a file
format acceptable to the majority of publishers.
Costs
Our standard hourly rate is £60 +
VAT. We will always provide a quote before starting work once we have
all the details from your initial telephone call/email to us. We will
require payment in full before commencing
work.
